Sometimes it is heathy to enter into Partners Agreement in addition to incorporation agreement for detailed allocation of responsibilities of each partner or when the scope of partnership is beyond the scope of incorporation agreement. Such agreements are often required to be on international level, written in different languages, conducted under an international law and referred to international arbitration centers.
